Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our service.

Service Guarantee

We guarantee our service for 7 days. If you are not satisfied with the cleaning or pest
control service provided, you must notify us within 3 days of the service date. We will re-attend to
rectify specific issues free of charge.

Cancellations

We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations made within 24
hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee of $50.

Access and Safety

The customer must provide safe access to the property and running water and electricity.
If the property is deemed unsafe, our technicians have the right to refuse service. Pets must be
secured during the service.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept cash, credit card, or bank
transfer. Bond guarantee receipts are issued only after full payment has been received.

Limitation of Liability

While all care is taken, Ace Carpet Cleaning & Pest Control is not liable for existing
damage, wear and tear, or stains that cannot be removed by standard steam cleaning processes.
